Dr. Erkol Bayram is currently an Associate Professor and vice-dean in tourism faculty, department of tour guiding, University of Sinop, Sinop, Turkey. Dr. Erkol Bayram has worked as an internal trainer and teacher in the tour guiding arena. Her doctorate is in Tourism Management from the Sakarya University, Turkey, and she completed her dissertation research on Tour Guiding in Turkey. Her core subjects are Tourism, tour guiding, tourism policy and Planning, women studies. Erkol Bayram has also worked as a professional tour guide in the tourism sector. She has many book chapters in the international arena and published her books as an editor and author in the national arena. She has been invited for many talks/lectures/ panel discussions by different Universities and countries. She has a member of eminent journals in advisory board editor and she published articles in tourism and Management areas.

Dr. Majdi Anwar Quttainah earned his Ph.D. degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Lally School of Management & Technology (USA); MBA degree with merits from the Business School & Entrepreneurship at Newcastle University (UK), and bachelor's degree in International Business from the American International University in London (UK). Dr. Quttainah is an associate professor of management in the College of Business Administration at Kuwait University. His research and teaching interests are corporate governance and strategies, entrepreneurship & small businesses, and organizational development. In addition, as a recognition of his research, he was awarded the Best Young Researcher academic year 2016/2017 Kuwait University.

He is an active scholar, presently working as senior editor of FIIB Business Review (Scopus, WoS, Published by the Sage Publishing). His research won several recognition and awards including the Best Paper Award at the 76th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management Anaheim, CA, the Best Paper Award at the AGBA's 12th Annual World Congress, Kuantan City (State of Pahang), Malaysia, and the Best Paper Award of the Gorontalo International Conference of Project Management (ICPM) - Gorontalo/Indonesia. Also, at the home country level the best paper award for the Kuwait Economic Researcher Award by the Central Bank of Kuwait; May 2019 and 2022.

Dr. Kok Ban Teoh, currently holds the position of Head of School and Senior Lecturer at ViTrox College in Malaysia, overseeing the School of Industrial Management. His extensive academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics and a Master's degree in Statistics from the School of Mathematical Sciences at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Dr. Teoh furthered his education with a doctorate in organizational behavior and development from the School of Management at the same university, and a second Master's degree in counseling from the School of Educational Studies. In 2020, he was honored with several prestigious awards, such as the Best Presenter at the Industry 4.0 Regional Conference, the Editors' Pick at the International Postgraduate Symposium in Tourism and Hospitality, and the Best Poster at the 6th ASIA International Conference. Dr. Teoh is actively engaged in scholarly pursuits, serving as the Editor-in-Chief for Annals of Human Resource Management Research, a Section Editor for SEISENSE Business Review, and a reviewer for Psychological Reports. Additionally, he holds certifications in Neo-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Drawing-House Tree Person, Mindfulness Love Therapy, Mental Health coaching, and Choice Theory Reality Therapy.
