Prof. Gilbert Cabilangan Magulod Jr., PhD., is the University Director for Knowledge and Technology Management at Cagayan State University, with a faculty position in the College of Teacher Education. At just 32, he achieved the prestigious title of Accredited Full-fledged Professor IV from the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC). He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Management and has an extensive academic career, previously working as a private elementary school teacher, school head, and faculty member. Dr. Magulod is a prolific researcher with publications in respected journals, recognized for his outstanding contributions as a Best Research Presenter, Best Research Paper awardee and Best Mentor Award. He is an active editor, reviewer, and a member of the National Research Council of the Philippines. Notably, he ranks among the Top 1,000 Scientists in the Philippines, and he's an advocate for education innovation, with international engagements and leadership roles. He was conferred as Regular Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) for Division 1 (Governmental, Educational and International Policies), a division aims to promote research and development to a higher level of professionalism in order to be an efficient and effective partner of the government in finding solutions to current issues on the quality of life, literacy, politics, economy and crime.
